Eiffel tower 7000 meters high.

Can be built with the metal below. base 2kmx2km  pylon of same metal, platform 200x200m 40m deep fill in with sand and stones.
Purpose? Tourism and world peace will last  30 million years if this tower is built. 5000 years if not. and  It will stand that long if I point out the coordinates. It's here it must stand: This is the upper right corner.

The Eiffel tower in Paris will stand 900 more years, And 3000 years if the cement pylons is poored over with 700 degrees of melted magnesium. Don't paint them.
This tower could have been 600m high on the same base.
EU gov can pay this tower:
The cost for the 7000m copy will be the same as NASA space program for one year.
And they did not send a singel humal into space, all was and is automated.
The landings were in Siberia. It was known and agreed by ru gov.

The biggest beams on this new tower will be L shaped 59x59x4 cm  and I beams 59x78x59 x4 cm
both 50m long. that is up to the first floor, 1200m high. Then reduce to 51 and 67  by 4 50m long where need be. That's up to 3km hight then reduce to 42  and 57 by 3 and 50m up to 6000m then 
31x 46 x 3 x40m up to 7000m. The lifts will go by antimatter and reach almost instantly to the top.
Or maybe there are changes to another lift after the first floor, .....becase it is leaning to much going along the lower leg of the tower. An importand trick is a telescopic style of sending up the L and I beams as needed. I don't know all about it. And it will be riveted together.? Same material. Apon 456.
The floors are made of 2mm sheet material supported by 1m squares. 7x18x7 x2 cm x 5m placed each meter, and across them 2 40x15 x4 L one is shorter than the other to get up to the same level, the longer one fixed on the underside of the big 5m.
Total weight 130000 metric tonnes. 130 000 000 kg.
